Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
3. To initiate a return, email info@zantherique.shop with your order number and reason for return.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
